At Olsay Illustration, our products are printed on demand especially for you.

Returns and Cancellations

Customers with a statutory right of withdrawal, including eligible EU customers, may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason.​

• To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

• Returned items must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel. Items may be inspected, and any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine them may be deducted from the refund.

• For eligible cancellations, we refund the product price and applicable standard delivery charges in accordance with consumer law. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, although we may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

We will arrange a refund at no additional cost, in accordance with your consumer rights. Shipping costs are not refundable.

You do not normally need to return a defective item unless we specifically request it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or colour exchanges. Please check the product size guide carefully before ordering.
